		Mark Lakers, President E-mail Just prior to establishing AFA, Mark managed McCarthy & Company’s agribusiness practice—advising clients on agribusiness-related mergers, acquisitions and financing. Prior to that position, Mark was vice president of First National Bank of Omaha, specializing in agriculture lending with an emphasis on the swine and grain industries. He also served in various finance, marketing and operating management positions over a 17-year period with major agribusiness firms, including 13 years with Ralston Purina. Mark received his MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
		Jeff Johannesmeyer, Investment Banker Jeff is a Investment Banker with Ag and Food Associates, specializing in the Agri-business and food industries. Mr. Johannesmeyer has over twenty years of professional agriculture-related experience including consulting, farm management, cattle feeding operations, commodity trading and food-grade grain processing. Prior to founding Strategic Business Advisors, Mr. Johannesmeyer was Executive Vice President of Finance and Business Development with Hansen Mueller Company. He also worked for ConAgra Foods, Inc. for fourteen years both domestically and internationally in various management roles in grain processing and trading. Jeff received his MBA with an emphasis in Finance from Creighton University, a Masters degree in Animal Science from Colorado State University and a B.S. in Agriculture-Business from Central Missouri State University.
